The New Zealand native daisy (Marlborough Rock Daisy) thrives in a very specific niche in Marlborough and the north-east of the South Island. Naturally growing on rocky outcrops and cliff faces, they are hardy plants, with leathery leaves and eye-catching golden and white flowers. Daisies have traditionally symbolized innocence, new beginnings and happiness.
Sterling silver daisy (approximately 10mm diameter), with 10k solid gold centre. A sterling silver leaf (approximately 8mm x 17mm including loop), hand painted in spring green and pale gold with porcelain paint, hangs alongside the daisy. The leaf is water and scratch resistant.
Flower and leaf are suspended from either a 45cm/18 inch sterling silver chain, with a hook closure and Lilygriffin name tag
As each flower is hand fabricated and each leaf individually hand painted, no two flowers or leaves are alike, and will differ slightly from shown in images.

Nicki Cliff is the creative force behind Lily Griffin Jewellery. Lily Griffin jewellery is designed and handcrafted by Nicki in her tiny studio at home in Auckland. Her gorgeous range is named after her energetic and expressive children, Lily and Griffin. Incredibly Nicki is a self taught jeweller. She models designs in fine silver and then casts them in sterling silver, adding touches of colour to some pieces with porcelain paint. We love her pieces for their delicate beauty and the fact that every piece is painstakingly handmade, her attention to detail is evident in each petal and every tiny brush stroke.
